A personal research project collecting observations about place, materials, tools, and the rituals surrounding creative work.
Field Notes began as a way to document small details that often disappear behind finished work. The project asks how observations of place, materials, tools, and everyday rituals can become useful creative material instead of remaining background noise.
Photographs, short notes, sketches, and collected objects are gathered into a deliberately loose visual journal. The structure is open enough to preserve the character of each observation while making it possible to revisit and connect ideas over time.
The outcome is a growing reference library that keeps the creative process grounded in looking closely. Rather than presenting a polished conclusion, it records the ongoing accumulation of details that can feed future ideas and directions.
